Our specialty is stone-ground corn tortillas whereby corn is cooked, steeped and ground on site to ensure the highest quality and flavor for our customers. Our corn is Texas-grown corn and is not genetically altered. Soybean oil is used for all of our fried tortilla products.
All corn tortillas are cholesterol-free and do not contain trans fatty acids.
